I will say, after reading the information that is currently available, there will be or the plan is to have condos at the top of high end retail and office space and a “Downtown Feel with about 480 Luxury residences above and around the town square. At this time, I do not know who they plan to be the builder. I will be sure to keep an eye out and write an updated blog when there is more information provided.
