Housing Market Update After The GA Winter Storm

Nationally, home sales dropped in February to their lowest level since July of 2012. The drop could be traced to a historically low supply of resale inventory. The problem compounds, when you find your buyer that perfect home, you find yourself contending with multiple offers driving the price over asking. Sellers are recognizing the tight inventory supply, which encourages rising prices when they list their home. Since last July, sales have fallen a total of 14 percent.
