Now that we are looking at a new year, what better time to take a quick look back at last years real estate market. I was curious to see “what is the average price per square feet, in our MLS (Multiple Listing Service) GA market”?
The real estate market report below will show you the properties, homes, townhomes and condos located in our MLS area of Georgia. This chart will update every month so feel free to return. It is a direct feed form our local Georgia MLS (Multiple Listing Service). The data is dates from December 2015 to November 2016 (The month of December numbers our not in yet, but again, this page will update when available.)
As you can see above, at time of post, Red is for homes, Purple is data for townhomes and Green is for Condos. The larger the property, usually the higher the list price, therefore condos, which usually have less square feet than a home, will have an average price that equals more money per square feet.
The real estate data below will show you, at time of post, the data in detail. This data will not update monthly, it is only information current for the end of Month November and 1 year prior.
