Builders of Ruth’s Farm include The Providence Group and KM Homes. They have not begun breaking ground yet and KM Homes does not even have home designs available as of today. I plan on visiting the site this weekend to see what has been going on around the built site and will update this post with photos and more information.
The Providence Group states there will be Single Family Homes priced from the $550’s. KM Homes Advertises 4 sided brick estate homes with 3 car garages and walking distance to Milton High School.
