Looking for something fun to do this week? Make sure to check out the annual Taste of Alpharetta event in downtown Alpharetta this Thursday, May 12 starting at 5 pm and going until 10 pm. This is a fantastic place to try a bunch of items from all those great local restaurants you’ve been dying to visit!

Taste of Alpharetta has been in existence since 1991 and is celebrating its 26th anniversary this year! Make sure to get there early though, as parking is limited in the downtown area. In addition to all the vendors set up, there will also be live rock/folk/R&B music as well as a competition among restaurants for Best Salad/Appetizer, Best Fast Casual Entree, Best Fine Dining Entrée, Best Dessert, Best Presentation and Best Booth.
No booth will accept cash for food, only tickets, which can be purchased for $.50 on site. Admission is free.
