With plenty of historical points of interest throughout the neighborhood, this is an excellent area for any history buff.

A large number of homes in Kirkwood were built in the 1920s to 1940s, and have been renovated in recent years. They range in price from the low $200,000’s to the high $600,000’s, and have the beautiful historic charm we crave.
